Rotary Adventure in Citizenship

4 day program held annually in Ottawa, RCBL sponsors participation in this unique opportunity offered by the Rotary Club of Otttawa to gain a better understanding of our democratic institutions, the diversity of our country, and the privileges and responsibilities of Citizenship.
